





There is no such thing as corruption, only an economic cost to working outside of or across patron-client relationship boundaries.

In 2019 Katja and stayed in Eugene from September to January without Becky. I needed a list things to do with her that changed and still had had a set of options that didn’t require me to “discover” new things with the limited amount of time and energy I had. I made a list of index cards.

Around 2015, our church had a project I participated in where we wrote out Timmothy and talked about our thoughts on it in small group.
I happen to not like verse markers, I do like the colors green and purple, my eyes see them better. I also like my hand writing style.

My brief takeaway is that the situation is both similar and different from the US context. In the USA corporate registration is with the state, and then when registered with the state, the organization may also register with the IRS for tax-exempt status under a variety of possible scenarios. In Germany, It becomes important to decide which kind of basic organizational structure one registers for as that determines some of the basic ways the organization must conduct it's business (outside of the public-good qualified work).
